Tali advises clients in a broad array of industries and in all manner of business and technology related transactions, ranging from routine business needs for material transfer, consulting and services agreements, to international and complex transactions involving outsourcing of major business functions, complex patent licenses and assignments, research and development agreements with heavily negotiated intellectual property provisions, and high-value software licenses. She helps her clients accomplish their business objectives and requirements while managing their risks, all in a strategic manner.
She regularly negotiates and drafts agreements in both the life sciences industry (including agreements covering antibodies, bioinformatics, clinical trial, sponsored research, and contract manufacturing agreements), and the high-tech and medical device industry (such as patent and software licenses and website terms). Tali also represents both small and large companies in supply transactions, such as manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements, and agency or sales representative agreements. She also advises clients in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, health care, and energy fields.
