You will find directions below, but if you wish for more detailed instructions, visit the GPS website at gps.ucsd.edu/ for maps to get to UCSD and GPS. GPS is located at the Robinson Building Complex.

Note: Do NOT use UCSD’s general 9500 Gilman Drive address with a GPS device as this will take you far from the School of Global Policy and Strategy. If you prefer to use GPS, use the following:

  • School of Global Policy and Strategy (drop/pick up or handicap): International Lane & Thurgood Marshall Lane

  • Pangea Parking Structure: Scholars Drive N & Pangea Drive

  • Hopkins Parking Structure: Hopkins Drive & Voigt Lane

Driving Directions

Driving Directions from Interstate 5 to Pangea Parking Structure

  • Exit at Genesee Avenue (Exit 29)

  • Turn on Genesee Avenue West

  • Turn Left on North Torrey Pines Road

  • Continue on North Torrey Pines Road to Pangea Drive

  • Turn Left on Pangea Drive

  • Turn Left into Pangea Parking Structure and park on the top level where you will find parking permits sold from machines.

  • Walking to the School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) and specifically Room 3201

    After you park in the Pangea Parking Structure, walk directly east, across Scholars Drive, through the Eleanor Roosevelt campus, up the steps, across International Lane and stay next to the glass (not the ramp) to enter Building 3. Room 3201 is on the top level of Building 3.

    To be eligible for the Co Curricular Credit, students must attend 6 classes.

Parking Information

You will need to purchase a parking permit from a machine on the top level of the parking structure.
At the parking kiosk:

  • Select the amount of time that will cover your time on campus.

  • The machine will print your parking permit. This parking permit allows you to park in white “VP” visitor spots only (TOP FLOOR of the Pangea Parking Structure).

  • Please make sure the pass is visible on your dashboard.

Walking to Location
